I was hopeful at first when I saw many corporate announcements. My background has been mostly in non profit and social enterprise, which should have already been better but isn’t. I also see too many companies approach this is as a project. Companies exist by checking projects off their lists. Projects have endpoints; diversity initiatives do not. It requires a significant approach in perspective to begin to accomplish equitable solutions.
