This is incredibly insightful. I have done DEI (volunteer) work in an industry that was just beginning an active conversation on the topic about a year ago. My perspective has been from that of a female leader in the industry with an invisible disability who has tried to lead a diverse multicultural team well. Whenever I went to industry trainings I noticed the customer A and B focus that you speak of; you articulated so well what I had observed but never was able to put into words.
